Letter to Local Council RE Agenda 2030

I sent this letter to the mayor and councillors of my small town where I live in beautiful north-eastern British Columbia.

2025 April 29

Dear Mayor and Councillors,

It has long been on my mind to have a dialogue with you about the serious matter of power structure and control at the local level of government. Perhaps this is a good time to take the first step in that direction, right on the heels of the federal election which has brought the globalist banker Mark Carney to power. Many of us see past the distractions of Tariffs and Trump, and are concerned about agendas being rolled out on a largely unsuspecting population. Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 come to mind.

The legacy media has long been blanketing us with “climate change” and “reduce our carbon footprint” messaging, to the point that we should willingly give up our God-given rights and freedoms, all in the name of “saving the planet”. It is not the purpose of this letter to convince you of the fallacy of the CO2=bad narrative – that can wait for another day – rather, my intention with this letter is to introduce you to the idea (if you are not already aware) that most of our municipalities, including the Village of McBride, have been hijacked by unelected globalist organizations. See the following website for “Partners for Climate Protection”. The “members” list includes our Village.

My concern revolves around who steers local decisions, in other words to whom the town council and mayor are ultimately accountable.

I had thought about preparing a speech for council on this matter, but at this point I think that providing you with links to other people’s fine work would be a good start, to provide you with some background information on the history of when and how so many of our cities, towns and villages were essentially transformed into vassals of the United Nations, while local power and autonomy was given up.

Many deputations by concerned men and women have been made to town councils right across this country. Here is one example (the video is only 8 minutes long) of a man speaking to his council in Aurora Ontario. It is from 2023, however it is still completely relevant. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4u3q83MTuVg. McBride is a little small to be targeted for “15-minute city” status, however the issues are the same for all of us everywhere. On the surface these “smart” cities might sound attractive, however, it is all about surveillance and control.

The following presentation is in a community hall in Crescent Valley BC, and this man, Geoff Snicer, gives context and history to the various WEF and UN agendas, whereby “sustainable development” and “climate change” are being used as a cover for limiting our rights and freedoms and instituting controls on the citizens. https://rumble.com/v49sm1i-geoff-snicer-crescent-valley-community-hall-jan-20-2024.html This video is much longer, at an hour and a half, and I certainly do not expect you all to watch the entire video, but I offer it to you if you wish to learn more about this subject from someone who has done quite a lot of research into this. If you do not wish to view the video, I encourage you at the very least to please read the description beneath the video, as it contains a written deputation, basically outlining the current power structure of all municipalities which have signed on to the Partners for Climate Protection.

I feel, at long last, compelled to address town council on these matters following the federal election for this reason: Mark Carney could be referred to as “the ghost of Maurice Strong” and Maurice Strong could be called the “god-father” of the climate change narrative and agenda. Geoff Snicer mentions Maurice Strong within the first few minutes of his presentation in Crescent Valley, referenced above. I think we can expect an acceleration on the roll-out of Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030, and this will undoubtedly be felt at the local Village Council level very soon, if it has not already become apparent.

At this time I am simply informing you that many people are becoming aware of the bigger picture. A gigantic fraud has taken place, and awareness of this fraud would be the first step in reclaiming control over our own affairs. I wonder if you are all aware of this fraud. I wonder who you signed allegiance to when you took your oath of office. I am approaching you in a friendly manner in good faith, not at all as an adversary. This fraud has been put upon us by stealth and deception.

I welcome a response to my concerns, and I hope we can carry on a conversation on these very serious matters.

Sincerely,

Monika Schaefer

****UPDATE****

Three weeks after I sent the above letter to the Mayor and Councillors, I resent it, together with the following email:

Dear Mayor and Councillors,
I am resending you the letter that I sent about 3 weeks ago, this time attached as a pdf document. One of the bcc (blind copy) recipients of my email from 3 weeks ago explained to me that he was unable to open the attachment as it was in the wrong format. Although I had also pasted the contents of the letter into the body of the email, I wanted to make it more convenient for you in case you wish to print the letter or save it into your files and so I am sending it in a better format now, as a pdf file.
Also, this serves as a reminder of the letter, as I have not heard back, not even a simple acknowledgement of having received the letter.
I have put the Rocky Mountain Goat newspaper on copy this time, which I had neglected to do before.
In addition, my bcc list has been somewhat expanded. To those on the bcc list, please feel free to share the letter with others.
sincerely,
Monika Schaefer

Then finally on May 22, two days later, I received the following email response from one of the councillors, and she had copied it to all the other councillors as well as the local newspaper. Perhaps they discussed it and decided they do need to acknowledge my letter, however I am not holding my breath for more. I think that the absence of a meaningful response speaks volumes. I hope that I have planted some seeds, and that when push comes to shove, they come over to the side of “We the People”.

Good Afternoon, Monika
Thank you for your email and the information that you have provided.
Sincerely,
Councillor  [name redacted]

  1. A lot of town councillors are complicit and have received some sort of benefit to betray their towns to communism, or they are just communists who have infiltrated the town over the course of years. We can no longer call them “uninformed” or “ignorant” that’s for sure. Especially with knowledgeable people like Monika offering them a free education in these matters.

  2. In 2005, Roland Methling was elected mayor of a large city in central Germany. His predecessors were a Soviet collaborator who joined the SPD in 1990 and two West German SPD members who had caused the city debts of 200 million euros through senseless construction. The collaborator had disappeared after protests against an invasion of foreigners (Gypsies at the time) organized by politicians in 1991: incendiary devices and signal rockets had been thrown in 1992 – a Federal Chancellor believed that the GDR [German Democratic Republic, or commonly referred to as East Germany before the fall of the wall ~ MS] secret service had directed the protests, not entirely wrong, because GDR authorities were now working for the Federal Republic of Germany.
Methling was a trained engineer and a member of the Socialist Party of the GDR (SED) until the fall of the Berlin Wall. He then joined the city administration. An alliance of “Independent Citizens,” which called him the most courageous mayor in decades, marked his political relaunch. The courageous mayor had plans to spread: the city should get a large mosque. Residents demonstrated against this on March 25, 2019. Representatives of the Protestant Church, the Islamic Union, Judaism, and left-wing associations had called for a counter-demonstration at the same time: “The religious communities want to hold an interfaith rally … to ensure that the Islamic Union can build an appropriate building for its prayers. The current building is far too small for the congregation, which has grown significantly over the past four years.” Four months later, Methling declared that “every German city” could still accommodate many thousands of refugees – because in 1945, expelled East Germans had also been accepted. Then he resigned, campaigned for a Dane who became mayor out of nowhere, turned out to be a Corona boy, and disappeared after the vaccination mission. Then, as before the fall of the Wall, an openly communist candidate from the Left Party was elected mayor.

Every mayor had a problem to saddle the Germans with: political guilt, financial guilt, foreign infiltration, vaccination, communism. GDR cadres attracted attention after the fall of the Wall when they dropped everything and followed the Federal Republic of Germany, which had previously been denounced as reactionary and hostile. The socialist can easily change his convictions when a new authority occupies him – he cannot develop one on his own – and then believes he is once again on the right side. On the wrong side are always the others, the unteachable, the inflexible, the down-to-earth – their extremists: the people. The socialist cannot be relied upon – he is a spineless lackey, his statements have no value: if one receives a promise, it can be overshadowed the next day by orders from political superiors.

    1. Thank you, Thomas, for your comment. That’s a good analysis of what the socialist (or communist) is, a spineless lackey who can easily change his convictions according to authority. If they are gentiles, they are traitors to their people. If they are jews, well, then they are simply doing what jews do, and that is to subvert. It is such a tragedy that there exist so many traitors among our people.
(sorry for the delay in approving the comment; I was away)
