This brief article is just to clarify – to the best of my knowledge – the status of the heroic Ursula Haverbeck.
On December 4th, 2020, Haverbeck was found guilty for a speech-crime under the infamous Par. 130 of the German Criminal Code. The judge sentenced her to one year in prison.
This verdict is not “rechtskräftig” – or final – as it is being appealed. Contrary to public perception, she is not currently in prison – at least not the tiny cell variety.
For many years now, Ursula Haverbeck has been dragged through the courts on various charges of incitement and disturbing the public peace under Par. 130.
Here is a portion of that Section of the German Criminal Code – Par. 130(3):
Whosoever publicly or in a meeting approves of, denies or downplays an act committed under the rule of National Socialism of the kind indicated in section 6 (1) of the Code of International Criminal Law, in a manner capable of disturbing the public peace shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years or a fine.
During those years of court proceedings, headlines in the mainstream media would occasionally scream such things like: “Nazi-Oma sentenced to 10 months jail without parole!” or something similar, and this happened several times as she was going through the various levels of the courts, and on different charges. My guess is that the MSM headlines were intentionally misleading. It is understandable that many people thought she was in and out of jail during those years. But there were always appeals, more appeals, more charges, more trials, and on and on it went.
The first time she set foot in a jail cell was in 2018 after the police arrested her at her home. She spent 2 & 1/2 years in jail, from age 89 to 91! On a note of interest, the former East Germany [update: should be called Central Germany – see comment by “deutscherlandsman”], a communist state, did not incarcerate non-violent “offenders” over 80 years of age. But in the “civilized” west, jailing octogenarians and nonagenarians is par for the course if those people have the “wrong” ideas or ask inconvenient questions.

Just only one little correction: actually the German Democratic Republic (GDR) was not in the part of East Germany. Instead the GDR was in the part of Central Germany! This is very important as the Eastern part of Germany is presently occupied by Poland, Czech Republic and Lithuania!
All these German territories are still belonging to the German Empire (in German. Deutsche Reich)! This is very important to know as according to international law The German Empire still exists which is even admitted by the FRG institution Federal Constitutional Court (in German. Bundesverfassungsgericht).
So the real East Germany consits of areas such as Silesia, East Prussia, Pomerania, West Prussia, East-Brandenburg and the Sudetenland occupied by Czech Republic.
These are very big territories stolen after World War II by the communist Bolsheviks!
Please check the map on below on how large areas the real East Germany is in fact (the East of the German Empire not the East of the allied Jewish influenced and occupied zone FRG!!)

So let us extend revisionism not only to wartime deception but also to the borders of Germany to the still occupied eastern zones since World War 2!
Thank you so much for this explanation and correction. Yes, it is very important that people learn and understand this. The forced expulsion of many million Germans (estimates of 16 million?) from these parts of Germany after the war is, to my knowledge, the largest forced migration of people anywhere, and it led to the death by starvation, torture and murder along the way of about 3 million of them, not to mention the dispossession of all their lands and properties. And then they had to be absorbed by what remained of Germany, which had also been utterly destroyed and where the people were hungry. The suffering of the German people not just during the war but especially after the war is almost unimaginable, and yet, they are not even allowed to acknowledge their own losses and suffering. They are also never allowed to celebrate their heroes like every other country on earth does.

Ursula is head of the class. Elegant, honest. And (((the perpetual victims))) are doing a great job of trying to turn her into a perpetual victim not realizing or caring that such treatment only makes her and her case stronger in the eyes of decent people around the globe. Thank you Nicholas, for your comment. I wish I could tell you more about Horst Mahler right now, but the only thing that I have heard through the grapevine is that he has a gag-order. I cannot even confirm that though.

I recently saw an interview with Ursula and I was impressed by her well-spoken, no-nonsense manner. She is an example of bravery to all of us living in this Orwellian dystopia.

Interesting how they constantly deride the National socialist party yet are happy to imprison an elderly woman for daring to voice a contrary opinion !
