UPDATE 2025 January 5: Germar Rudolf is out of jail. However, he still awaits trial on the Pennsylvania matter referred to below. Or, to be more precise, something closely related to it. They have really framed him up, with all kinds of lies and twists and turns.

It has already been a few weeks since Germar Rudolf’s arrest, and it seems there is very little information out there about the particulars. I have had several inquiries from people who are concerned about this, and so I will endeavour to give as accurate an outline to the story as I am able, with what I have learned thus far. I was hesitant to publish an article about this for lack of information, however I will do so now, with the disclaimer that I may not have all the details correct. Please leave a comment under the article if you have more information or if there are corrections to be made.
For those who do not know who Germar Rudolf is, he is a German chemist who has been living in exile in the United States for many years. He was persecuted in Germany, including jail time, for daring to present information about Auschwitz which runs counter to the homicidal gas chambers myth. He has published many books in the Holocaust Handbook series, with the most recent publication being the Holocaust Encyclopedia. For many years Germar was responsible for the CODOH website. Germar Rudolf was arrested in the state of New York sometime during the second week of December 2024. The arrest was allegedly for an “out of state crime” which we understood to mean between states not between countries. That would be in relation to the trivial charges a couple of years ago for swimming naked at 4 a.m. in the local pond where he was living in Pennsylvania, which he did every day as part of his fitness routine. Nobody was ever around, so skinny-dipping was a perfectly natural and healthy thing to do (is skinny-dipping just a Canadian colloquial term?). However, because Germar is on (((their))) radar, they surely had some Sayanim around who knew his daily routine and spied on Germar, then reported to the police his “lewd indecency”, or whatever the name of the “offence” was. It is my understanding that he was charged and found guilty, but I believe it was left unresolved and the charges were still hanging over his head.
Recently Germar was on at least 3 very high-profile interviews/shows as well as a debate. He was on the Stew Peters show, also with the Health Ranger Mike Adams, and the debate with a history professor hosted by Jake Shields. Germar was on a roll, unbowed, and going strong.
A German source believes that the reference to “out of state” is between countries, and that the occupiers of the so-called Federal Republic of Germany have given instructions to their US counterparts to arrest this man so they can deal with him for “crimes committed out of state”, i.e. Par. 130 in Germany, the “holocaust denial” law. Germar is not an American citizen. Does this mean they could have him extradited back to Germany? Holocaust denial laws do not exist in the USA, but they certainly do exist in Germany, where there would be an arrest warrant for him, or possibly even multiple warrants.
Perhaps both of the above scenarios (with respect to the ‘out of state’ charges) are simultaneously true.
Germar Rudolf had been kept in the Cattaraugus County jail in the state of NY until recently. The latest information is that he has been moved to the York County Jail in Pennsylvania.

Hinsichtlich der Staatsangehörigkeit kann ich aus eigenem Erleben nachweisen, daß ich in den letzten Jahren dreimal einen Antrag auf Ausstellung eines Ausweises gestellt habe. Dafür zuständig ist die Ausländerbehörde? Warum? Weil man möglicherweise in der BRD als Ausländer angesehen wird, wenn man ererbter deutscher Staatsangehörigkeit ist? Doch welches ist das Staatsgebiet, auf das sich die deutsche Staatsangehörigkeit bezieht?
Ich habe meine Vorfahren vor dem Stichtag 1914 mit Geburts- und Heiratsurkunde nachgewiesen. Anders als viele Ausländer, die dieses Papier bekommen, wird es mir verweigert, weil ich kein “schutzwürdiges Sachbescheidungsinteresse” (Zitatat aus dem Ablehnungsschreiben) nachweisen könne. Zuletzt mit Schreiben vom 5.1.26 vom Landkreis, Ordnungsamt, Ausländerbehörde. Ohne Staatsangehörigkeitsausweis, behaupten einige, könne man seine “natürliche Person” nicht nachweisen, damit gehen wichtige Rechte verloren. Als natürliche Person könne man Eigentum erwerben, Verträge schließen, vor Gericht auftreten.
Was sagt die KI über “natürliche Personen”? Natürliche Person ist der rechtliche Begriff für jeden Menschen als Träger von Rechten und Pflichten. Sie wird im Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch (BGB) in § 1 Abs. 1 definiert: „Die Rechtsfähigkeit des Menschen beginnt mit der Vollendung der Geburt.“
Das bedeutet, dass jeder Mensch ab der Geburt rechtsfähig ist – unabhängig von Alter, Geschlecht, Herkunft, Staatsangehörigkeit oder Vermögen. Als natürliche Person kann man Eigentum erwerben, Verträge schließen, vor Gericht auftreten und unterliegt öffentlichen Pflichten.
Rechtsfähigkeit beginnt mit der Geburt und endet mit dem Tod (in der Regel mit dem Hirntod).
Die Rechtsfähigkeit kann nicht aberkannt oder beschränkt werden – im Gegensatz zur Geschäftsfähigkeit, die durch Alter oder gesundheitliche Einschränkungen eingeschränkt sein kann.
Im Gegensatz dazu sind juristische Personen (z. B. GmbH, Vereine, Stiftungen) rechtliche Konstrukte, die durch Gesetz oder Eintragung entstehen und keine menschlichen Eigenschaften besitzen.
Wenn es stimmt, daß der Personalausweis (nicht: Personenausweis) einen lediglich als juristische Person ausweist, dann ist man mit einer derartigen Urkunde einer toten Sache gleichgestellt. Dann wäre man automatisch seiner bürgerlichen Rechte beraubt. Man hätte keine menschlichen Eigenschaften. Selbstverständlich könnte man keine Gegenstände, Häuser, Grundstücke erwerben, sondern höchstens lizensiert besitzen. Man wäre dem Handelsrecht völlig unterworfen. Eine lebende Frau oder Mann aus Fleisch und Blut und mit Rechten des Allerhöchsten begabt, wäre man dann überhaupt nicht.
Übrigens kann man seine Rentenauszahlung nur mit einer “Lebendbescheinigung” erhalten. Dafür muß man zwingend seinen “Personalausweis” vorhalten. Doch nur mit einer Staatsangehörigkeitsurkunde hätte man menschliche Eigenschaften, zu denen das eigene Leben gehört.
Aus juristischen Gründen möchte ich anmerken, daß diese Überlegungen alle Verschwörungstheorien sind. Warnung, das Geschriebene ernst zu nehmen! ich sammele nur Verschwörungstherorien.

I’ll just start by saying I completely disagree with your take on this. Germar has always had a very active fitness regime, and he regularly got up very early in the morning to go biking, running, swimming, etc. Your accusation of him being a pervert in a playground at 4 a.m. doesn’t even make sense, because what child is playing at the playground at that time. Nobody is around. He goes in the water naked, “skinny dipping” we call it in Canada – I don’t know if you have that expression too. As he has explained, and as I can attest to from personal knowledge, skinny dipping is the most normal thing in the world for Germans in Germany. Old people, young people, for everybody, it is normal. So at 4 a.m. he did this, regularly, and nobody was ever around.
Well, obviously someone WAS aware of his routine, someone who wanted to frame him, someone who wanted him taken out of commission, and I would bet that that someone was of the (((tribe))). They framed him by getting the police to ambush him while he was on his exercise regime. They wanted him jailed or extradited or killed in jail (which almost happened), obviously because of his epic works on revealing the truth about the holohoax.
Germar is the hardest-working man I know, and is meticulous for detail, for accuracy, and for truth. Don’t fall for the “perversion” stuff. That is our enemy’s attempt to discredit him, thereby discrediting his work.
I’ll just finish by saying thank you for the good work you have done, especially in that short codoh video “why do you support open debate on the holocaust?” I left a reply comment under yours, under the “no conciliation without truth” article. Also your “Questioning the holocaust – why we believed” is such a great documentary. It happens to be one of the three that I recommended at the end of my “sorry mom I was wrong about the holocaust” video, and so that whole video was shown during our trial too! We were thrilled. They even translated it. They spent a lot of time on it. What an education for all who were present.

German regime could abduct GR, with help of the US, of course! They did this not long time ago, Fuellmich, Janich and a few more. Unlawful, who cares! Someone wrote “Polizei” is a “Wortmarke”, kind of TM. An official police does not need to have a TM! Another one claimed, the “Parliament of Lower Saxony” is an e.V., i.e. registered association. A parliament does not need to be a “registered association”! E. V. is used, e.g. for “Golf-Club e. V.” or “Wrestlers e. V.”.
Some time ago I checked both oddities, because I assumed it is utter nonsense. But it was true!
Oezdemir of Turkish descendant is a German minister-but only genuine Germans can be part of the regime-someone with more knowledge? Other fun fact-Germans must have an ID-card. But they do not ask for evidence, as it is required by law! German ID-cards violate law at least in 2 ways, easy to prove, would be interesting to know, if someone filed a lawsuit!
There are way more oddities and you may ask, what Germany is or not is. Law applicable for certain peoples for others not and it is going worse and worse. What matters, is how many people under arms the regime has, not law! They put pple behind bars without trial. It is a huge topic and I am not going to expound this in a commentary section. Be assured, FSM is always under close surveillance! If you publish with no adequate protection, you will go behind bars, like Hoefs, Wilfert and many others. In the Federal Republic of Germany, the names of Germans are managed according to item law by means of a civil status law. As living beings who have become (dead) things in this way, they can no longer invoke civil rights, can thus be harassed by authorities almost at will and can even be punished for it, without being able to do anything about it in courts (which are also subject to commercial law). Germans bearing such names are not issued citizenship certificates as items to be carried, but identity cards – of course also subject to a fee – which carry these names and their owners as items. On February 5, 1934, Adolf Hitler had already deprived the Germans of their ancestral citizenship in an equally unlawful manner – since it was done beyond the provisions of the applicable laws of the German Reich.
I don’t know what kind of ID cards Canadians and Americans have, but it’s worth taking a closer look at them and reading the laws that apply to them carefully. Then you will know whether you are real citizens or just things. Nowhere else are there as many people in prison as in the USA – not a good sign. Without an ID card proving his nationality, Germar Rudolf is also an outlaw – that is, he has virtually no rights. He can be arrested, detained, extradited at any time – for anything. Other people know much more than I do about this, but in brief, our names on birth certificates in ALL-CAPS make us a “dead” entity too, I believe. We are worth a certain amount on the stock market. It is not a subject I have delved deeply into, but have a very rudimentary idea about it.

As far a I understand it Germar, was unjustly found guilty with trumped up charges, did his penance, and the case was settled. He had no pending court issues holding him back from moving out of state as far as I know. So whatever charges they have on him now is highly suspicious. Seems to me like an Ernest Zundel situation happening with Germar, and if this is so, they will vilify him as a sexual pervert in the press and charge him as being an undesirable alien in America and deport him back to Germany. The Germans have outstanding warrants on him from the past and will be more than happy to have him back, to serve his time in jail there.
