After receiving an enhanced bill from the State Prosecutor to pay court costs, Alfred wrote another letter to them explaining why he will not pay. His first letter to this particular office written in May 2020 is here. Just before Christmas 2019 a State Prosecutor from a different office (Munich II) had sent him a bill, to which Alfred’s reply can be found here. These letters were translated by Alfred from his originals in German.

Dear State Prosecutor Munich I
It made me very happy to learn of your satisfaction with my first letter to you posted on 22.05.2020 and that you desire an encore. Nothing pleases me more than to do that now.
On 11 June, 2020 I received a letter in my cell office√ from you dated 4 June 2020. In your letter you are asking me to pay up within two weeks the first part of the costs from the 2018 Muppet Show in which my sister Monika and I had two of the leading roles as well as the sequel Muppet Show in 2019 in which I had the leading role as ‘Worst Case’.
This I will do as willingly as did the brutally tortured German prisoners of war after the official termination of acts of war in 1945 while the biggest massacre of defenceless people of all time commenced, admitted that they gassed 6,000,000 Jews. The Muppet Show to get their confessions at that time were called the “Nuremberg Trials”. These “Nuremberg trials” were later used by Holly Wood to build the foundation for their Fantasy Holocaust, and this in turn was used to extort, blackmail, and traumatize entire peoples over a very long period of time.
The men that were tortured for their confessions could not even begin to imagine that anyone would ever believe the utter nonsense they were ordered to confess to, because it was beyond absurd, and if the pain would stop by signing on the dotted line, then so be it.
This compromise, to sign on the dotted line under those circumstances is comparable to a young girl that makes the decision while being raped, to spread her legs slightly in order to reduce the horrible pain of being violated. This self defence must not be re-defined as seduction and desire of the small child to have sex with the rapist. Within the behavioural guidelines for the Jews however, this is explicitly laid out. The Talmud defines a non-Jewish girl of three years and one day old as being ideal for sleeping with, and after having slept with this small girl she is to be murdered for the crime of having seduced the “Jewish holy man”, or Rabbi.
We human beings have a different concept of ethics and morals than do the Jews.
Going back to the confessions of the German men who signed on the dotted line that they had gassed Jews. These men all had smashed testicles. No civilized court of law would accept a confession from an accused who had his testicles smashed in order to admit what the so called court wants him to admit. And yet it was these forced confessions that built the foundation of the so called “Holocaust”. The so called “Holocaust” was then used as the foundation for the state of Israel, which does not have an extradition treaty with any other country on the planet because of the singular uniqueness of their so called “Holocaust”.
Crimes of this magnitude lie well beyond most peoples ability to comprehend. A small girl that is being raped also does not understand what is happening, and yet becomes permanently scarred from this destructive trauma. Like the German men whose testicles were smashed to convince them to sign on the dotted line. The above mentioned events and behavioural transgressions are part of a systemic pattern designed to terrorize, deceive, and traumatize people to make them pliable for subjugation, parasitical extraction to the point of exhaustion and ultimately their slaughter. In the language of the perpetrators this is understood as “The best of the goyim deserve to be slaughtered”.
So much of our world history seen from this aspect suddenly makes sense.
When our civilization now, in the year 2020, diagnoses our condition, the resulting picture is a very disturbing one, but one that can be dealt with and our health restored. The confused perception and unnatural behaviour we observe on a global scale resembles a patient with a brain tumour. If you visited the doctor because you cannot make any sense out of anything anymore and you are always confused, and the diagnoses determines a brain tumour, there are three possibilities now open for you:
- Stuff a small explosive in each ear and blow the tumour out. This method is fast, effective, and has the added bonus of getting rid of memories you don’t like anyway, along with the tumour. This method was used effectively only 7 hours after the twin towers were taken down with explosives in New York on September 11 2001, at 5:20 pm on WTC7, to get rid of, amongst other things, all the documents pertaining to the largest financial fraud in US history to that date, the ENRON scandal. Since that day the Jews who did all that never talk about Enron anymore. With a smile of innocence brush it off with, “Oh, our memory/files from that are gone since Osama bin Laden bla bla bla…”. The only drawback with this method is that the patient dies. (In this case – the U.S.A. – and many more). Without a brain, survival becomes impossible.
- Do nothing. Leave the tumour alone and die the slow agonizing death that is now your destiny.
- Get the most qualified team of intelligent people who understand the empirical evidence and provable historical facts and base all decisions on an agenda that will secure the survival of our people and our civilization and life on this planet.
To bring this letter to a close – no, I have no intention to give in to the extortion and coercion to pay up. Whatever you want to steal you will have to take yourself. But you know that everything will come out and you will not be anonymous. If you want to be part of a gang of thieves extorting and coercing, it is up to you. You may believe you still have power. I am a prisoner of war. I am easy prey. Should you decide to position yourself on the side of darkness I will help you with a sample of a list intended for the traitors, henchmen, and drudges for the day after the paradigm shift, which is now going through.

In fact, there are no “head transplants’. The correct term is a ‘body transplant’ because the individual resides in the individual’s brain. Sorry to be pedantic.

I just finished reading a thriller by American novelist Allan Folsom In which the 3rd reich has been secretly resurrecting for 50 years , hiding and infiltrating government, police spy agencies etc. Their main goal is using their superior, high tech craftsmanship and innovation to produce a computer-operated scalpel Attached to a mechanical arm that can operate at absolute zero, or 459.67 degrees.
Can anyone guess what they had in mind for this?
It’s seems they have been experimenting with head transplants and many people have been sacrificed in order to achieve their final goal of transplanting Hitler’s head on to the body of a genetically modified, perfect aryan young man.Then, of course, the Reich will reign for 1000 years. Hilarious!!!
I loved the book and the authors writing style. I don’t think he is Jewish. In this case the names have been changed to protect the guilty.

After re-installing / re-erecting a state and a nation for the Germans there will probably “Speaking chambers” (“Spruchkammern”) again (as after the war).

Belasteter = blamed? charged? not sure about this one.

…and we have historical evidence concerning such “turns” performed by our co-inhabitants of this zoo called human society:
a) after having lost the war, the winners de facto forced german people to state, that they nearly not even realised, that there was this party NSDAP, they elected to lead the country in 1933. It was sorts of self-protecting …
b) When the GDR (so called “East Germany” but in fact Middle Germany) was finished , the same behavior occured: say 95% of the “Apparatschiks” (opportunists occupying an office), followers and “YEAH-shouters” turned their opinion within hours completely whitewashing themselves as Monika described.
This time it mostly was the truth. This unbelivable shifting = turning of the opinions/heads gave birth to the expression “turning head”. A sailor would say “Halse” – it’s a quick turning into the opposite direction using the speed of the boat.
I am convinced, that the majority of people still shouting “‘YEAH” to the everlasting guilt, the pure badness of their own people (it’s in the genom of those evil perpetrators living in the center of Europe) and (by words) embracing every human being from …somewhere… stating “give me asylum”, steeling german taxpayers money and raping / killing Germans as it seems him appropriate at the hour, … – these opportinistic, german people will form the new wave of “turning heads”.
The next “clean out” of nonsens and crime is just around the corner. Closed to everybody with a least little amounts of brain cells is awaiting such an event.

The FRG maintains to be official legal successor of the German Empire. But this is in fact not the case because actually the foundation of the FRG is a coup d’état of the German Empire. Due to the Hague Convention it is forbidden to found a state on the ground of an already in existence state! Interestingly a similar legal problem you can observe in Palestine: the occupied Palestinian ground by the British Empire was later assumed by the Zionists who created on that occupied ground the new “state” Israel which is also not allowed according to the Hague Convention. So we can see that Israel and the FRG have remarkable resemblance in their history of origins! The only difference is that the FRG is occupied by the allies up to now in the part of the German Empire and is called a “state” whereas Israel seems to be a “state” too and is nothing else than occupied land of Palestine. And in both “states” – mirabile dictu! – you can get to jail for disputing the Holocaust! Is that so called “Holocaust denial” law in both states at random?:-) Honi soit qui mal y pense:-).
And yes you are also right that they make an exception of becoming a “FRG citizenship” by some “piece of golds” coming from Africa and Arabia. And in your third point you are also absolutely right Monika! There is actually no Faculty of Law in the FRG which has a chair or professorship for occupation law. The absence of that chair for occupation law within the FRG is certainly only a coincidence and has certainly nothing to do with the foundation of the FRG as a “modality of foreign rule” as the founder Carlo Schmid is expressing the so called “state fragment”.
I believe these background informations are so important to understand why we have still today political prisoners such as Alfred and Ursula Haverbeck or Sylvia Stolz. I do know very well that it is forbidden to me to deny the Holocaust. So for the duration of the FRG it is very important that the story of the Holocaust will not fall, otherwise the FRG might fall too as some politicians in the FRG admited this fact in public. This is a further reason why Alfred is in jail for his statements as he endangers the existence of the FRG by disputing the Holocaust story. So bringing the evolutionary history of the FRG to the light one understands very fast why Alfred, Monika and Sylvia or Horst Mahler were or are still in prison.
Thank you for the publication of Alfred’s courageous letter to the prosecutor. I believe it might be hard for the letter recipient to see how unbroken Alfred really is! Their tactics are with this monetary penalty and imprisonment to bring Alfred to silence. Now the prosecutor must realize that this method has no success! Although Alfred is in prison for still two further years in my view he is a much freer person than “The man on the Clapham omnibus” not to mention the indoctrinated prosecutor himself!
However I have to correct a very important thing in Alfred’s letter where I am not sure by myself if it is a translation error from German into English as Alfred knows it too: ALfred is NOT a political prisoner on Germany but a political prisoner of the so called “Federal Republic of Germany” which is in fact the founded self-administration by the allies which should be named “Federal Republic” in Germany founded by the allies in the name of certain people which you not have the permission to criticize in case you do not want to be a victim of burning of heretics:-)

You are correct about the FRG/BRD, not being Germany. It is NOT a sovereign country. I think when Alfred translated his letter into english for me, he called it Germany for the general public to understand. Most people outside of FRG are not versed in this, so I thank you for pointing it out.
I watched the video by Angela Schaller, and commented that I would join them if I was on German soil. It is a wonderful idea.
..in addition to my comment from above I want to mention that Alfred, Monika, Ursula Haverbeck, Sylvia Stolz, Gerd Ittner, Ernst Zundel…and so on would get paid a compensation for the wrongly suffered term of imprisonment as soon as a real sovereign German state arised such as the” Deutsches Reich” (in English: “German Empire”) which is actually still existent but not capable of acting due to the occupation by the administration FRG! This is a very important thing for understanding why people are going to jail for “denying the Holocaust” as the FRG is bounded by the allies to take their writing of German history in the schoolbooks. Therefore you cannot defend as a defendant in a “Holocaust denial”-trial as it is a complete adoption of the so called “Nuernberg trails”. In Alfred words we can say that the “Muppet Show” of Nuernberg had to adopt by the judges in the FRG as a forced condition by the allies! In this respect Alfred is right when he compares his trail with the Nuernberg trails!
Even the Federal Constitutional Court confirmed in a sentence that the German Empire still exists and is with the FRG identical in the part of the area of the FRG which is only a very small part respectively a very small subset of the whole “German Empire”! Actually the former German Democratic Republic is not East Germany but indeed the central Germany! The real Eastern Germany is Silesia and the present areas of Poland which are in fact occupied by the Poland government as the German Empire still exists till this day and up to still this day there exists no peace treaty with the German Empire! The FRG is not capable making a peace treaty with the allies as the German Empire was the opponent of war and not the FRG! The allies cannot do a peace treaty with the FRG as the FRG was founded by the allies themselves! And it is impossible to make a treaty by myself! I can only make a treaty with someone else!
Actually the FRG was founded artificially by the allies by unifying the three western zones of UK, France and US on the soil of the still existing German Empire. So the question is therefore if the FRG is really a state as one of the the leading founder of the FRG Carlo Schmid told in a speech in 1948 after the lost war that “our task is not to found a sovereign state but to found an organizational form of a modality of foreign rule”! This might be a reason why Alfred and the other political prisoners are in arrest still today!

One interesting point in that context: a former citizen of the former German Democratic Republic applied for the citizenship of the FRG. The application was rejected with the reason that a “citizenship of the Federal Republic of Germany is not existent”! How amazing is that?!? Do you know any other state which calls himself a state and cannot grant a citizenship his own citizens?!? Therefore in every FRG-passport under the rubric Nationality DEUTSCH (in English translated GERMAN). This would be comparable if in an American passport is written under the point Nationality “American English” isntead of such as “Citizenship of the United States” ! Can you believe this?!? To summarize: the FRG is the only “state” in the world which is unable to grant their own citizens a citizenship! Now you can judge for your own if the FRG is really a state? In the past there were policemen who doubted the so called evident fact that the FRG is a state and the consequence was that they lost their job and their pension rights for their old age. That’s the way how they bring state officials to silence. This could also a reason why the judges and “state” prosecutors within the FRG support such “Muppet Shows” how Alfred lovingly describes the trials which are in fact inquisitions as you cannot defend yourself by seemingly hard evidences in front of the court which might relieve the defendant for being carefully expressed by my own.
There it is, in black and white. It is not possible to become a citizen of the FRD. The reason is because the FRD is not a state. It is an organizational entity for the purpose of the occupiers, the victors of WW2. (Although, they seem to make an exception for foreigners (the invader army of migrants), if I understand correctly.)
They do not teach that in the schools in Germany, or anywhere else for that matter, do they?!
