UPDATE: As of 2025 August 7, Alfred was sentenced to 10 months for his “speech crimes”; however, the judge sent him home until such time as the sentence becomes legally binding. Paperwork grinds through the system, ‘t’s need to be crossed, ‘i’s need to be dotted. There is always the possibility that the state prosecutor puts in an appeal as well, to demand an even longer sentence for those inconvenient “hate” facts coming out of Alfred’s mouth.
What follows is the message I sent out via email the evening of Alfred’s arrest.
Dear Friends,
Today, July 7th, 2025, the police went to my brother’s home in Tutzing Germany and took him away in handcuffs. He is in a police cell tonight at Fürstenfeldbruck, Germany, the same place I spent my first night after being arrested in 2018. Tomorrow he will be brought to jail, not sure yet which one, possibly Stadelheim in Munich, the same one where he was first imprisoned in 2018, while I was in the women’s prison next door.
What brought this on? A brief synopsis:
There was a “friends of Alfred Schaefer” gathering on 2024 April 27 in Augsburg, where Alfred was going to speak, Sylvia Stolz was also there to speak, and quite a few attendees were gathered. Just when they were about to begin, a large number of police vehicles appeared, and out poured about 100 officers, to storm the peaceful gathering. The police pulled each and every individual out from the group, interrogating, searching, etc. This went on for hours. At the end of the day, everyone went home, bodies and possessions intact. Nobody was arrested and no items were stolen / seized / confiscated.
Nearly a year later, Alfred received one of those yellow envelopes in the mail, which he recognized even before opening as coming from the state prosecutor. He had received quite a few of those yellow envelopes by then. This one was a court summons to answer to the charges being laid in relation to the aforementioned event. Court was to happen on 2025 April 25. Along with this invitation (in Germany, these court summons are literally in the form of “invitation”), there was a warning that if he did not show up, then they would be obliged to issue an arrest warrant. Lovely invitation, yes?
Charges were relating to things that Alfred said while the police were doing their raid in Augsburg the year before. Alfred is in the habit of educating the police officers while being engaged by them. He was charged for saying, “At least I am not as dangerous as the negroes who are raping our women” [just noticing patterns?] [Additional Note: I must point out that a young woman from Berlin, an attendee of the gathering, was regaling the police officers for not doing their job in Berlin to deal with all the crime and rapes occurring on a daily basis there, as a direct result of the invasion of foreigners ~M.S.] and another charge for saying “…the Jews raping 3-year old girls…” [as permitted by their holy book, the Talmud]. The document goes on to say that both those statements could be heard by all in the room, and that in making these statements Alfred was inciting rejection and hatred of Jews and “dunkelhäutige Personen” translates to “dark-skinned persons”. Furthermore their document said that the statements of the accused serve to incite the political climate among the population, and jeopardize general confidence in legal security as well as jeopardizing peaceful co-existence. [Does the raid on a peaceful gathering by 100 police officers inspire confidence in the legal security of the people? Just wondering.. ~MS]
The third charge related to an item in Alfred’s “Visitenkarte”, the equivalent of a business card, but in Alfred’s case it consists of an envelope containing various materials, including 9/11 truth info, plus some pertinent memes and articles. The charge was for what was pictured in an article in The Fitzhugh weekly newspaper in Jasper Alberta on November 1st 2018, just on time for my return to my home town after being released from prison. To give me a warm welcome back home the article was entitled: “RACIST FILTH: Schaefers sentenced in Germany“. That prominent article contained a photo of Alfred doing the straight arm Roman salute. The caption under the photo was, “Alfred Schaefer gives the Nazi salute in court in Germany as Jasper resident Monika Schaefer looks on. Both were convicted of incitement to hatred in October.” That third charge was for having and distributing the article with the image of himself doing that salute.
[Additional Note: That particular article seems to have been scrubbed from the fitzhugh.ca archives. If my name is put in the search bar on their website, pages and pages of articles or letters to the editor come up, but not that particular article from November 1st, 2018. Even putting the exact title into the search bar on their website did not yield results. But I have a hard copy still. Why did they scrub that inflammatory article, I wonder?]
After receiving the yellow envelope with the charges and court summons, Alfred did what he had been doing during the last year and a half ever since coming out of jail the second time, he wrote them a polite letter, explaining exactly and in great detail and perfect German, why he would decline their invitation. He had help with these letters from an extremely well-versed and intelligent friend and supporter. I cannot spell it all out here and now, but suffice it to say that Alfred explained the utter illegitimacy of not only the documents they sent, the charges and such, but also the illegitimacy of the entire state. Not to mention, these summons they sent were NEVER signed. Who, exactly, was taking responsibility?
Well, the court date came and went, and Alfred went on quite merrily with his life, continuing his educational endeavours, both on-line and in person with anyone and everyone he met, whether on the train or out-and-about or in gatherings. He also enjoyed the home activities such as yard-work and cutting firewood and fixing things – he has always been quite the handyman. Today, July 7th, 2025, third time a prisoner of war.
I will post his mailing address as soon as I know where he will be, on the “political prisoners” page on truthandjusticeforgermans.com and freespeechmonika.com websites. In the meantime, PLEASE DO NOT email Alfred, or try any on-line correspondence with him, as I know with 100% certainty that while in jail, he has ZERO access to computers, internet, email, social media, etc. It will only clog everything up for when he comes back out again, making it very difficult to even access his accounts then. Believe me, we both have experience with that.
Alfred will be making the best of his time — of that I am certain. We are in a war, and he will not be sitting idle on the sidelines. I cannot help but think of his space-capsule analogy from last time. He said he felt like he left earth for a while in a tiny space capsule, and came back a few years later to a changed landscape. And while he was there, he received (I believe it was) 13 lottery wins. What were these lottery wins you ask? Experiences that he had in prison that he could ONLY have had there, each of which gave him enormous gifts of teachings, deep insights, strength, or indescribable euphoria. That does not mean it was fun and games. No. For example, the deepest insights came at the darkest of times for him. His optimism and his spirit is infectious. Ultimately, we will win this war, and Alfred knows it.

Alfred’s words to the “policemen” show what is important to him. In 2000, during a break at work, I said that foreigners from different cultures are often not entirely safe for German women, to which a young woman confirmed this (in general, such topics are rarely discussed in Germany, especially not in companies) – a young man, on the other hand, denied this somewhat gruffly. This clown let his colleague down – for the sake of the pleasant, meaningless working atmosphere and out of sheer cowardice – and this is by no means an exception. Women here aren’t defended, at least not by German office men – men often just talk stupid, unimportant nonsense. In later years, I often went to rallies against the invasion of alien races, and I later watched others as streams on my computer. Some women there asked the question: “What do they want here?” Today it is certain that it is not just about unsettling white people – German men should not dare to defend women, as the Jewish justice system punishes this, whereby German women, delivered to the foreigners by Jewish politics and abandoned by the men, turn to the foreigners and become their rightless slaves – but the white race should be destroyed.
Great news today! Alfred is back home. Had court today (7 August 2025) and they sentenced him to 10 months, but the judge let him go home for now. Watch for updates on the political prisoners page.
I’m so glad to hear Alfred is back home. I managed to send him a letter in remand and got a reply yesterday( 11 August ). He’d written it on August 1st, so ten days to go a few hundred miles, hmm… ! He sounds as full of fire and as positive as ever.
That’s great, Bryan, that you got a response, meaning that Alfred received your letter. I’ve heard from some people whose letters or cards did not reach Alfred before his release, even though they wrote early on, so it seems to be the luck of the draw.

Alfred’s statements made on April 27, 2024, could only be heard by those present: the “police officers” and the participants of the meeting. He could not jeopardise the peaceful coexistence and trust in the legal security of the absent population. It was a private meeting – only the arrival of 100 armed strangers allowed his sentences to emerge. Those working in political parties, the press and legal professions often cannot tolerate different ways of thinking. People like Alfred should disappear from their environment. In the 1980s, a man named Hans Kaufmann wrote a book about dealing with undesirable people in the Federal Republic of Germany: “No Right to Life for Rental Rabbits.” The book, written in German, can perhaps still be copied from Internet archives to your own PC. In the GDR, one could be arrested by plainclothes police officers for applying to leave for the West. Just as today, almost no one in the so-called population, which was almost exclusively made up of Germans (prisoners of war) with identity cards, was interested in this. Even today, almost everyone doesn’t want to know anything about it. When legal certainty and human rights are mentioned in the Federal Republic of Germany, what is meant is the continued treatment of Germans with identity cards as servants.
Alfred is right not to silently accept everything the Federal Republic of Germany’s security service does. Because a service that visits unarmed dissidents with a large contingent – armed and with microphone and camera – (surely also to provoke statements) should also be made aware of a few things. Even in the GDR, mercenaries weren’t always the best, but they still had some common sense. Today’s system servants are veritable lackeys without spine or knowledge – they shoot unarmed people when ordered to. During the Corona period, demonstrators could be attacked and dragged across the asphalt. So-called “police officers” shone a flashlight into the eyes of one participant’s son – his father attacked the attacker, other system agents arrested him, surrounded him, and the leader arrogantly lectured him that he had committed a crime. The whole thing was probably an ordered, provoked exercise – she took the father to court. I know a few “police officers” vaguely; they are all more or less disturbed, false, devious, without decency, and will do anything for money. When I think of the many cowards and simpletons around me, it always becomes clear to me how special the operators and commentators of this website are.
In 2008, a well-known Austrian national activist and party leader, Jörg Haider, had a car accident and was buried on his own property. According to the official version, he was drunk and drove into a stone. Years later, a journalist published his version in alternative media: the stone on the side of the road had not been there and the car showed a pattern of destruction that would point to another cause – an explosion.

The question of why such parties, activists ans journalists investigate and demonstrate against the political system that propagates democracy has not yet been answered, but their proximity to the secret service and thus to the Federal Republic of Germany is almost certainly proven, because otherwise their appearances would be deleted and organizations banned. The fear of National Socialism taught to Germans and Austrians is intended to prevent any German thinking. Austrians are not even supposed to see themselves as Germans. It’s about division and weakening, and mysticism – that is a distorted representation of the truth or even something imagined (in the sense of the system) – is a means to this end. Mystics included Hildegard von Bingen and Agnes Miegel, who created confusion and fear in the interests of the church. Newspapers do not tell them what the narrator actually experienced, but shorten and rewrite the story in such a way that the reader gets the (political) perspective of the publishers. In the Federal Republic of Germany, democratic parties are listed as the owners of newspaper publishers, but they are run by Jews – they confuse Germans, Austrians, and whites with the daily spectacle. When this and the reality are told instead of the mystical, peace activists often abandon their peace efforts or ignore the reality – a sure sign of their service to the political system.
This service also includes the security service called “POLICE,” which carries out its work in the interests of the occupation. Your comment reminds me of this book written by a jew in Germany and published in 1930. It’s called, The Salaried Masses- duty and distraction in Weimar Germany. Siegfried Kracauer. It relates the corporate takeover of Germany during the 1920s.
The author left Germany when National Socialism was on the rise and was immediately given a position of influence in the U.S.A. upon arrival.

I am reading a book by Leon Degrelle called – The Eastern Front, memoirs of a Waffen SS Volunteer, 1941-1945. The path he and the half million plus European volunteers whom joined Germany’s war against the Bolsheviks should be enshrined as a Holy road much like the one in Spain. Please inform him to never talk to the police, because they can always use what he says against him. if he had kept his mouth shut during his detainment, he might not have been arrested. Freya, the “derogatory” nature of “nigger” has also been manufactured by the usual suspects, which is a pattern that is repeated over and over again. Writing a letter or card would be a great way to show him and show the establishment that he has support. The address might change in early August after the trial, so it’s best to write soon. I’ll give updates as soon as I have news.
